WHAT DOES IT MEANS PRE ORDER OR RTS?
Pre ORDER it means item is not ready to send after you purchase i will knit in time i added on the listing. For example turn around 10 days ( usually i do asap to post out unless i have no yarns in stock so will take a bit more. But usually will take 3-4days)
Ready to send ( RTS) it means item been made and i got in stock after purchase will post in 1-2 working days.
If you place an order and it includes a Pre order item or items, the whole order will be shipped together when the Pre-order item has been made.
If you need items sooner, please contact me. I do not always have the time to do a rush order. I will let you know if I have the time to complete your order within the 2-4 business days.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM THE STORE
Each product is ready to ship unless it says Pre-order in the listing.
All wraps, layers, and quilts are ready to ship.
SHIPPING
I ship all packages using Royal mail as this is the most economical.
UK postage always 1st Class - £4.55
UK Next day delivery - £8.50
USA parcels Economy shipping ( no tracking provided) starts £11.00 but will provide receipt with proof of postage ( house number and post code )
USA Tracked and signed starts from £14.00
All depends of the weight. So this is will be automaticly calculated in shop when you want purchase few items.
The rest countries:
Standart Economy shipping ( no tracking) starts - £10.00
Tracked and signed from £13.00
UK orders, once shipped, take 1-3 business days to arrive.
You will get a shipping notification from Shopify when your parcel is posted.
For fast postage ( international) please contact and happy to assist for you.
International Shipping
I use Royal mail first class international mail for international packages.
These packages take anywhere from 10-21 days on average to arrive.
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
I can not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.
Once the package is in the hands of the post office, it is out of my control what happens.
However all packages got return address and if its undelivered it will be back to the my office ( UK takes 3-5 working days, Europe 2-3weeks depends of country, United States takes 1-3weeks to return) so please contact if your parcel not arrived am happy to help and resolve any problems.
Shipping Address
Since I use Shopify to print shipping labels, please make sure that your address is correct. I ship to the address listed on the order confirmation.
Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the buyer.
Priority Shipping
I am able to offer priority shipping to UK orders. Many times this saves you 2-3 days. Simply add the listing to your order and I will ship it priority when I pack your items. ( UK next day delivery price £8.50 if its not weekend, receiving parcel on Saturday with next day delivery is £14.00)
Customs
You are responsible for any customs charges.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the handmade nature of the items in my shop, I do not offer refunds or exchanges.
However, if you receive your order and have a problem with it, please contact me immediately.
I take pride in my products and will do my best to help you out.
CUSTOM ORDERS
There are times that I take on custom orders. Please contact me with your needs and I will see what I can do for you.
I do not start working on the items until the invoice is paid in full.
